HIUV's third-generation POE film-EXP film-P507(S) is a co-extruded polyolefin encapsulation film designed for photovoltaic modules. It is suitable for packaging n-type TOPCon and other components that require high weather resistance.
The HIUV third-generation POE film-EXP film-P507(S) combines the high-water resistance and anti-PID performance of POE materials with the high yield process characteristics of EVA materials.
The E-X-P structure with the P side facing the battery and the E side facing the non-battery surface, and X strengthening the connection between P and E.
2.Improved acid resistance of the battery surface to meet the stricter aging performance testing requirements of n-TOPCon components, such as anti-PID, moisture, ultraviolet, high and low temperature, damp and frozen, and hot spot resistance.
Compared with conventional pure POE, the third-generation POE film has excellent anti-slip performance, and the laminating crosslinking speed is faster than that of conventional POE, which can significantly shorten the lamination time and increase the component production capacity.
Easy to store and use, the usage time and storage method after cutting are similar to EVA.
